Who exactly IS BeetleBones?

Well, thanks for asking! There's a lot that could be said about me, but for the time being, let's stick to some basics. I am 23 years old, I have a B.S. in Environmental Science, and I am super passionate about a bunch of things! I love all things natural, with a particular interest in trees, plants, insects, and mushrooms. I also have a bunch of nerdy hobbies. I am super into Magic:The Gathering in particular, and it has been my primary interest for the last year and a half. I also like TTRPGs, Warhammer 40k, and Video Games. I like to read, knit, cook, bake, and watch Anime when I am home. I love to be creative and to make things.Lately, I have been working really hard to maintain a positive outlook, and to appreciate little moments of beauty in the world every day.

Why make a Website?

As of late I have been increasingly getting into organization and/or categorization of my interests. Typically, this has been through using sites such as RateYourMusic, MyAnimeList, and more. Due to this, I have been wanting for some time to have a central place where I can put together all of my interests, and share it out. Something which could be entirely my own. I was on the cusp of starting a brand new blog on tumblr, when I saw a post which was essentially an advertisement for NeoCities. When I saw the kind of stuff regular people were making on here, I was instantly sold, and knew that I had to try my hand at it. As a result, I have started the long process of mastering html and css, and am now the proud new webmaster of a healthy young site.
